3. Estimates and Pricing

All repair estimates provided are approximations based on initial diagnosis. Final pricing may differ if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will notify you of any significant cost changes before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or modifications made after our service.

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions unrelated to the service performed.

5. Liability Limitation

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal property left in vehicles during service.

6. Vehicle Release

Vehicles not picked up within 30 days after completion of service may be subject to storage fees and, if unclaimed, may be subject to lien procedures as permitted by South Carolina law.
